The Chemistry program at SUNY Oswego is designed to allow students to pursue advanced training in chemistry, focusing on a variety of career goals, both academic and professional, bolstered by individual mentoring and extensive research opportunities.

Curriculum
Master of Science
The Master of Science in Chemistry program offers two tracks:
- Thesis Track: Focusing on research, designed for students who wish to gain more experience in research.
- Non-Thesis Track: For students interested in taking more courses.
Both tracks will help students enter the workforce upon graduation or apply to Ph.D. programs following their master's degree.

International admissions require:
- Verified transcripts through a World Education Services (WES) credit evaluation
- English Language Proficiency: Submit official TOEFL (79 overall, MBA 83) or IELTS (6.5) scores, unless exempt.
- Visa and I-20 Documentation: After acceptance, upload financial documents and passport copy to receive Form I-20 for visa application.
