Yoga Teacher Certificate
The College offers a Yoga Teacher Certificate program with three modules:
Yoga Therapeutics Essentials (100-hour module)
This module explores how yoga can support health and wellness, including restorative yoga, sana for all bodies, meditation, slow flow, prnyma, and more.
yurveda Yoga Training (100-hour module)
This module uses yurveda to apply yoga techniques in a precise and empowering way, including teaching seasonally, refining sequencing, and exploring yogic psychology.
Yoga and Healthcare: Evidence-Informed Yoga (100-hour module)
This module learns how yoga can complement Western medical care, including evidence-based mindfulness meditations, Yoga Nidra, and breathing skills.
