Program Overview
The Human Health BA /Epidemiology MPH 4 + 1 program is a distinctive opportunity for high-achieving students who seek career paths in epidemiology. Accepted students begin graduate-level epidemiology coursework during their fourth year at Emory College, enabling completion of their BA and MPH in five years.
Curriculum
BA/MPH Curriculum
In addition to requirements for the BA in Human Health, students in the combined BA/MPH need to complete 42 credit hours at Rollins, encompassing core public health competencies, epidemiology foundational courses, an applied practice experience, and an integrative learning experience.

Admissions
Admissions Requirements
Interested students who are currently in the BA in Human Health program are invited to apply in the fall of their junior year. Applications are available on the CSHH student Canvas site and is updated in early fall. The application deadline is typically in the first week of January.
