Program Overview

The Musculoskeletal (MSK) Ultrasound Course is designed for nurses and allied health professionals (AHPs) to enhance their skills in diagnosing and managing upper and lower limb pathologies. This comprehensive course offers a hands-on introduction to point-of-care ultrasound, emphasizing personalized guidance with a trainer-to-trainee ratio of 1:5.

Course Synopsis

Developed by LKCMedicine in partnership with the Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (Alexandra Academy for Clinical and Emergency Sonography), this course provides a comprehensive introduction to MSK ultrasound for healthcare providers. The course includes hands-on practice, didactic sessions, and targeted assessments to solidify knowledge.

Course Fee

Full fees without subsidy: S$2,000 (exclusive of GST). Singaporeans and Singapore PRs may be eligible for subsidies:

• SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) Funded Courses: Up to 70% of course fee funding, with a nett course fee of S$654.
• Mid-Career Enhanced Subsidy (MCES): Up to 90% of course fee funding, with a nett course fee of S$254.

• SNB practising certificate (for nurses) or AHPC practising certificate (for allied health professionals within AHPC jurisdiction)
