Program Overview

The Leader as Coach program is a highly-experiential course that prepares leaders with a "coach-like" skillset, using concepts grounded in developmental psychology, neuroscience, and research in leadership effectiveness. This program is designed to enhance team performance and adapt to constant changes in business.

The program curriculum includes six main topic areas:

• Coaching Foundations
• Levels of Listening & Powerful Questioning
• Coaching Skills
• Coaching with Values, Purpose, and Resilience
• Reactive to Creative
• Sustainment, Application, and Integration

Program Format

The program is offered in-person or online, with the following formats:

• Online: 7 weeks, online-synchronous, with live coaching practice and demonstrations
• In-Person: 3 days, on-campus, highly experiential workshop

• In-Person: $3,495
