Master's in Leadership and Organizational Performance Program Overview

The Master's in Leadership and Organizational Performance (LOP) program is designed to equip students with the organizational leadership training needed to lead for-profit, non-profit, government, and educational organizations. The program focuses on the intersection of human and organizational performance, providing students with a sophisticated understanding of organizational development, leadership theory, talent management, evidence-based practice, and program evaluation.

Program Curriculum

The LOP curriculum draws widely from the social sciences and emphasizes leadership, organizational theory, learning theory, behavioral theory, social psychology, and research aimed at change. The flexible 30-hour master's degree program is designed to enable students to build their career while completing the requirements. All courses meet in the evenings or on weekends.

Workforce Readiness

The Leadership and Organizational Performance program addresses real workplace needs and bridges the gap between theory and practice. Most LOP courses include an experiential learning component through class projects with client organizations. Students who complete internships also benefit from networking opportunities, which may lead to full-time employment. The program has a high employment success rate, with more than 90% of students having jobs within four months of graduation.
