Chemistry (MSc)
The Chemistry (MSc) program is a full-time, one-year course that provides excellent grounding for a career in research. Our graduates are in high demand from the chemical science industries in the UK and internationally.

Admissions Criteria
To be considered for this program, you will need to meet the following entry requirements:
- A 2:2 honours degree in a relevant subject area, such as biochemistry, chemical engineering, chemistry, pharmacology, or pharmacy.
- A copy of your IELTS certificate with an overall score of 6.5 and 5.5 in all subskills.
- If you do not have a degree in a relevant area, you may still apply, but you will need to provide additional evidence to support your application.
Course Structure
The MSc in Chemistry is a full-time program that runs over one academic year. You will study a total of 180 credits, 120 of which are taught and assessed through coursework and exams, followed by a 60-credit project. The program consists of core modules and optional modules, allowing you to focus on your areas of interest.

Learning and Assessment
