Master of Public Policy (MPP)

The Master of Public Policy (MPP) program at Drexel University is designed to prepare graduates for demanding roles in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. The program is fully online and can be completed in 2-4 years.

• Equity: Policies have different impacts on different populations, including the rich and poor, and current and future generations. Students learn to spot these differences and design policies that promote greater equity.

Admissions Criteria

• A bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution in the United States or an equivalent international institution
• Required documents:
  • A completed application
  • Official transcripts from all universities or colleges and other post-secondary educational institutions attended
  • Two letters of recommendation
  • Essay discussing potential policy areas or issues, background, experience, interest, and/or values

Tuition

The tuition rate for the academic year is $733 per credit. A graduate online program fee of $125 per year applies. The program is eligible for Financial Aid, and special tuition rates are available for Drexel University Alumni, Military members, and members of Partner Organizations.

Academic Calendar

The academic year consists of four quarters: Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer. Each quarter has specific start and end dates, as well as exam periods.
