Master of Science in Construction Management (M.S.C.M.)

Program Overview

The Master of Science in Construction Management (M.S.C.M.) provides engineers, architects, and construction professionals with an opportunity to broaden their education portfolio and advance in their careers.

Program Details

The Master of Science in Construction Management (M.S.C.M.) at AUD consists of 30 credit hours of graduate-level courses. The program includes 24 credit hours of course work, as well as a 6-credit-hour master's thesis in a research topic agreed upon with the graduate advisor.

Admission Requirements

All applying students must have:

• An undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related discipline, from an accredited national or regional institutional body, achieving a 3.00 GPA (on a 4.00 scale) or better in undergraduate study.
• Candidates who have a minimum of three years of work experience will be given preference for admission.
• For students without a background in Engineering, Architecture, or a closely-related discipline, undergraduate transcripts will be evaluated to determine whether undergraduate prerequisite courses or a placement examination is required.
• Students must achieve an academic IELTS score of 6.0, TOEFL score of (550 ITP [Paper-based]) or (79 IBT), or 1400 on EmSAT English.
