Program Overview
The University of Sheffield, in collaboration with Southeast University, offers a 4+1 master's degree international cooperation program. This program is open to all students from the School of Information Science and Engineering at Southeast University. Students who complete their four-year undergraduate program at Southeast University and meet the admission standards of the University of Sheffield can apply to pursue a one-year master's degree program at the University of Sheffield, leading to a corresponding master's degree.
Eligibility and Participation
- The program is open to students who are completing their undergraduate degree at Southeast University.

Admission Requirements
- Academic Achievement: Students must have achieved a degree equivalent to a second-class upper division engineering bachelor's degree (with a weighted average of 75% or higher).
- English Language Proficiency: Applicants must have an IELTS score of 6.5 or higher (with no less than 6.0 in each component) or a TOEFL score of 92 or higher (with no less than 20 in each component). Students who do not meet the minimum English language requirements may need to take an English language preparatory course at the University of Sheffield.
Fees and Funding
- Tuition Fees for the 2025/26 Academic Year: 」31,190. The University of Sheffield offers a 10% tuition fee discount for students in this program. The scholarship is deducted from the full tuition fee for the master's program at the time of registration.
- Other Expenses: Students are responsible for all living expenses and other costs during their study at the University of Sheffield.
