Bachelor of Cinematic Studies

The Bachelor of Cinematic Studies is a three-year program that immerses students in storytelling, imagination, and hands-on production. From concept development to post-production, students gain the skills needed to craft compelling visual narratives and bring stories to life on screen.

Specialization

During the three years of their studies, all students are mandated to complete an internship at any company. The university's career office aids students in securing internships.


Educational Weeks Abroad

Students enrolled in the Cinematic Studies program are required to travel to Beirut once a year to complete practical filmmaking courses at St. Joseph University (IESAV), the oldest and most established film institution in Lebanon.

  • George Bartlett: Cinematic Studies Academic Instructor
    • George Bartlett is a writer and filmmaker from Birmingham, England, living and working in Cairo. He is a graduate of the London Film School's MA in Screenwriting and holds an MSc in Psychoanalysis from Birkbeck.
