The program provides entry-level knowledge with a shared foundation focusing on common curricula covering fundamentals of General and Business English and Soft Skills training to prepare a college graduate to build skills and capabilities core to everyday job. The program is designed to focus on English language by incorporating best practices in skill development effectiveness such as communication, project management, leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, time & meeting management through action learning and simulations.
