• Brief Overview of 911 Emergency Command & Control Center

• Theoretical and Practical Training on Emergency scenarios handled by 911 Emergency Command & Control Center

Practical Training

• Practical exercises on receiving emergency calls and gathering information from incoming 911 calls, and dispatching reports to the relevant emergency services.
• Hands-on training on utilizing the equipment and tools at the 911 Emergency Command & Control Center.
• Techniques for monitoring quality and key performance indicators during 911 calls.
