Introduction to the Soudah Development English Language Program

The College of Languages and Translation at King Khalid University is proud to announce the launch of the second phase of the highly successful Soudah Development English Language Program, scheduled to begin on May 12, 2025. This initiative builds upon the remarkable achievements of the first phase, which successfully trained 200 participants.

Program Overview

The Soudah Development English Language Program is a collaborative effort between the College of Languages and Translation at King Khalid University and Soudah Development, a Public Investment Fund Company. The program aims to equip participants with essential English language communication skills to enhance their academic and professional prospects.

Building on Phase 1 Success

Phase 1 of the Soudah Development English Language Program, which commenced on January 12, 2025, has concluded with outstanding results. The program focused on developing comprehensive English language skills for participants from the Soudah and Rijal Almaa regions, improving their communication abilities, fostering cultural understanding, and enhancing visitor experiences at Soudah Peaks.

Phase 2: Expanding Opportunities

The second phase of the program will maintain the program's high standards while accommodating a new cohort of participants. Sessions will be conducted twice weekly (Mondays and Tuesdays) from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, extending over a comprehensive 15-week period.

Eligibility and Registration

The program is open to Saudi nationals from the Soudah and parts of Rijal Almaa project areas, aged between 18 and 60 years. Applicants should not hold higher education degrees such as higher diplomas, master's, or doctoral degrees.
