- The applicant must have obtained a grade of "very good" or higher in the Bachelor's stage.
- The applicant must be of good conduct and behavior and medically fit.
- The applicant must have obtained two academic recommendations from professors who have previously taught them.
- The applicant's employer must approve their study if they are an employee.
