The Entry-Level Hospitality Training Programme by Dubai College of Tourism (DCT), approved by KHDA, equips People of Determination with the confidence, skills, and real-world experience needed to begin meaningful careers in Dubai's growing hospitality sector.

As Dubai expands inclusive career pathways, this programme places dignity at the heart of learning. Training is personalised, enjoyable, and accessible, ensuring every participant is respected for who they are and supported for who they can become. Through hands-on, industry-based experiences, learners develop practical skills, workplace confidence, and a genuine sense of purpose. Our approach nurtures independence and prepares participants to take their place in the workforce.

- An Introduction to Hospitality
- Food and Beverage Service
- Food and Beverage Preparation (Barista training, Culinary experience, Mocktail making)

Who is this training for?
- Youth of Determination (Ages 18+) preparing to enter the hospitality industry
- People of Determination with mild cognitive intellectual differences who have completed schooling and seek additional training and employment opportunities

- Food and Beverage Preparation (Barista Training, Health and Safety, High Tea Preparation)
- Excel in the workplace (Financial literacy, professionalism, teamwork, communication)

Programme Details
- Course Duration: One full academic year with three hours of instruction per day plus a one-hour social break
- Start Date: 24th August 2026
- Price: AED 45,000 (AED 15,000 per term)
