- Leadership in Practice: Delivered by Dr. Courtney Owens, Senior Lecturer (Associate Professor) in Leadership and Organisational Psychology. This module focuses on the individual as a leader, using Hogan Psychometric Assessment to discover strengths, blind spots, and how leadership changes under pressure.
- Leading Teams and Talent: Delivered by Dr. Paul Evans, Senior Lecturer (Associate Professor) in Leadership Development. This module focuses on practical application, covering principles for building and leading high-performing teams and understanding talent development.
- Strategy and Innovation: Delivered by Dr. Mike Kennard, Senior Lecturer (Associate Professor) in Strategy and Innovation. This module encourages strategic thinking and provides tools and processes for promoting innovation.
- Project Management: Delivered by Claire-Marie Boggiano, Lecturer in Project Management, Change Management, and Leadership. This module applies common sense, tools, and theories to real-world project examples.
- Finance for Management: Delivered by Nigel Moody, Financial and Development Consultant. This module provides knowledge and tools to join financial conversations and make valuable contributions.
- ILM Level 7 Award in Leadership and Management: Led by Ian Crowther, Programme Director. This module applies learning to a work-based project, focusing on a real-life challenge or opportunity.
- Leadership Coaching: One-to-one professional coaching sessions with a qualified leadership coach, using insight from the Hogan Leadership Psychometric assessment.
How You Learn
You will learn through a blend of workshops, group learning, reflective discussion, e-learning platforms, one-to-one coaching, and guided webinar support. An assigned assessment (2,500 words) is part of this programme.

Award
You can choose to apply for other courses at AMBS after completing the Manchester Leadership Development Programme. The programme can count as one of your electives if you apply and are accepted onto the Global MBA within five years of completing this programme.
