Training Diploma in Halal Food Auditing

The Training Diploma in Halal Food Auditing is a professional diploma program designed to equip students with the necessary knowledge and skills to become competent auditors in the Halal food industry. The program is offered in partnership with the Emirates International Accreditation Centre (EIAC) and the Halal Academy.


About the Program

The Halal Academy Program (HAP) is a strategic joint venture initiative between the Emirates International Accreditation Centre (EIAC) and the Dubai Islamic Economic Development Centre (DIEDC). The program aims to prepare future auditors and improve the Halal products industry worldwide by focusing on compliance and harmonization between local, regional, and international standards.


Aims and Objectives

The program has the following aims and objectives:


  • Empowering students with theoretical and practical knowledge related to different Halal products, fields, and standards.
  • Providing Halal auditors, inspectors, and officers with the necessary competencies to improve their technical and administrative performance within their organizations and industries.
  • Enhancing the auditors' abilities to adhere to integrated auditing skills via auditing of different Halal schemes, enabling them to develop critical and creative auditing thinking, problem-solving, and risk-based thinking approaches.
