نظرة عامة على البرنامج
Executive MBA Flex Program
The Executive MBA Flex program is a 20-month format that incorporates a hybrid curriculum delivery, blending online learning with robust campus residencies. This program is designed for working professionals with at least three years of post-baccalaureate professional work experience.
Curriculum Pathway
The Flores Executive MBA Flex program is a 36-credit hour, cohort-based curriculum that begins each August. The program format is a mixture of on-campus residencies, an international travel experience, and interactive core classes administered asynchronously through the Flores Online MBA track.
Globally Engaged
All students in the Executive MBA Flex participate in a for-credit global immersion experience. The trip enables students to gain direct, on-the-ground exposure to the respective culture and business environment.
STEM Designated
The program offers a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) designation across the full curriculum. By infusing a STEM framework with core business principles, this transformative pathway equips students with industry-specific skills to make data-driven decisions in dynamic business environments.
