Call for Enrolment

The Faculty of Social Work is opening a study field of Social Work in the Interdisciplinary Doctoral Programme in the Humanities and Social Sciences.

Information Day

• Date: 21 May 2025
• Location: Classroom nr. 6, Faculty of Social Work

Deadlines for Application

• 1st deadline: 6 June 2025 (included) for citizens of Slovenia, EU, and citizens outside EU
• 2nd deadline: from 16 June 2025 to 18 August 2025 (only for citizens of the Republic of Slovenia and citizens of EU Member States)

Application for Enrolment

Candidates must complete and submit their application for enrolment in the doctoral programme and all required evidence electronically via the eV information system.

Supplemental Documents

• Short CV with bibliography
• Consent of the mentor, the list of available mentors
• Outline of Ph.D. thesis (max 1000 words)
• The foreign certificates of education

Enrolment Deadlines

Enrolment will be completed by 30 September 2025.

Tuition Fees and Other Costs

The tuition fee for the doctoral study programme is 11,600.00 , paid in four years: 3,800 (1st year), 3,000 (2nd year), 2,200 (3rd year), and 2,600 (4th year). The tuition fee does not include mandatory health insurance.
