University Program Information
The university offers a variety of sport courses, including Jumping Fitness, which is a unique and effective way to burn calories and improve overall fitness.
Course Description
Jumping Fitness is a high-intensity workout that engages over 400 muscles, making it more effective than comparable endurance sports. It is gentle on the joints and strengthens the core, legs, and glutes. The dynamic exercises improve endurance and prevent back problems. The training program is suitable for everyone, except pregnant women.
