Program Overview
The Summer in Northern Italy program is a study abroad opportunity offered by the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University. The program takes place from May 11-21, 2026, and allows students to explore the historic and enchanting regions of Venice and Trento, Italy.

Airfare
- It is the student's responsibility to purchase their own ticket
- CAGLE could assist in organizing air travel
- All accepted students will receive the faculty and/or staff's flight information as soon as the faculty's flight is booked
- It is suggested that students DO NOT book their flight until they receive this information, so they are able to arrive with or around the same time as the faculty and staff for transportation reasons
- For this program, students should fly into Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE) and out of Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP)
- If students choose to arrive before the program start date or leave after the program end date, they will be on their own for transportation to and from the airport, as well as for additional accommodation arrangements and costs

Health and Safety
The CAGLE reserves the right to modify or cancel any study abroad program at any time, before or during travel, if circumstances arise that pose a risk to the health, safety, or well-being of participants. This includes, but is not limited to, global or regional health concerns, political instability, natural disasters, or insufficient enrollment.
Refund Policy
- ALL PAYMENTS, INCLUDING APPLICATION FEE, ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
- A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE Application fee will be charged to the student's bursar once the application has been submitted.
- Installment amounts and tuition fees will be charged to the student's bursar account as reflected on the payment schedule. If the student withdraws from the program for any reason, the installments WILL NOT BE REFUNDED once the listed dates have passed.
