The MŠster de Formaciůn Permanente en Direcciůn y Gestiůn de Proyectos is a master's program designed to provide specialized training in project management, direction, and coordination. This program is aimed at graduates of various engineering and architecture degrees, as well as other fields of knowledge, who wish to acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to manage and direct projects effectively.

The program is presented as a response to the growing demand for professionals with expertise in project management, particularly in the fields of engineering and architecture. The program's objective is to provide students with the knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary to plan, organize, and control projects, ensuring their successful completion.
Competencias
The program's main objectives are to:
- Complete the training for directing and managing the development of a project in its different specialties, in all its phases, ensuring quality, time, and cost.
- Provide and validate the necessary training required by the Project Management Institute to opt for international certifications such as Project Manager Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP), and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).

Upon completing the program, students will acquire the following competencies:
- Ability to plan and organize work and necessary resources to successfully complete a project.
- Initiative and proactive approach to proposing solutions or alternatives to situations presented.
- Ability to define processes and control systems necessary for achieving project objectives.
- Capacity for analysis to evaluate a project realistically and determine its viability.
- Knowledge of techniques and tools for planning, supervising, and controlling project time and deadlines.

Perfil de Ingreso
The ideal candidate for this program should have a background in engineering, architecture, or another field of knowledge with a strong interest in project management. The program is open to graduates of Spanish or international universities.
Acceso, Preinscripciůn, Admisiůn y MatrŪcula
To access the program, candidates must meet the general requirements for admission to a master's program at the University of Salamanca. The pre-enrollment period is from May 5 to September 22, 2025. MatrŪcula (enrollment) will take place from October 2 to 31, 2025.
Criterios de Admisiůn
Admission criteria include:
- Relevant academic background.
- Curriculum vitae and motivation letter.
- Professional experience in project management or related fields.
- Personal interview, if deemed necessary by the Academic Commission.
