Objectives and Competencies

The program aims to provide students with the following competencies:

• Bringing a company or service into compliance with the legal framework for occupational health
• Identification of legal risks with the aim of defining a risk prevention policy in terms of social law
• Analysis of occupational health risks
• Legal monitoring: knowledge of legislative and regulatory texts, and case law, in occupational health law
• Knowledge of health stakeholders in the workplace and understanding of the legal issues linked to their missions
• Understanding of the rules relating to the assessment and prevention of occupational risks, and the integration of disabled workers
• Contribution to the definition of an intervention strategy adapted to the company's policy and needs depending on the size of the company

Prerequisites and Admission

The program is open to:

• Employees, liberal professionals, individuals, self-employed workers, job seekers: occupational physicians, human resources managers, lawyers, staff representatives, etc.
• Students enrolled in initial training as additional training (alongside a Master 1 or IEJ, occupational medicine intern or physician collaborators) Admission is based on:
• Diploma: Bac + 3 in law, economic sciences, political sciences; Bac + 3 in the medical or paramedical field, in work psychology or ergonomics
• Professional experience: professional experience in the field or mandate related to occupational health issues (union, representative, industrial tribunal)

Tuition Fees

The tuition fees for the program are:

• Continuing education intern: €2,000
• Individual price: 550€
• Additional training: €550
• AUEC: €550
• Short training: €150 per training day

Program Organization

The program is organized into:

• 105 hours (3 modules of 35 hours)
• The module (or University Certificate of Complementary Education): 35 hours
• Short training courses: one or two days The program is taught in person at the Faculty of Legal, Political and Social Sciences of the University of Lille. The program does not offer the possibility of performing an internship.

Calendar

The program takes place from November to June, with exams in June and July. A second session is organized for students who did not obtain the diploma during the first session.
