Instructors
Melissa Wood
Melissa Wood is a faculty member at the University of Colorado Denver Business School, Global Energy Management Program. She has extensive experience in customer experience, research, and strategy, having worked with major brands and utilities in the U.S. Wood has developed and managed the Customer Market Research group at R.L. Polk & Company and is the recipient of the Outstanding Professor Award (2012 and 2016).
