Student services
The Programme Administration Services handles and administrative development of all full-time programmes at bachelor and master's level at CBS.The Programme Administration Services has app. 80 full-time employees and consists of three areas: Administrative Planning Unit, Academic Affairs og Student Affairs. The Programme Administration Services refers to the Dean of Education.
Housing services
They provide accommodation for international students. Students who have been admitted to the Summer University Program will receive an email inviting them to apply for housing. The email will be sent to the email address supplied by the student. There is no possibility of applying before the link is received. In case they receive more applications than available rooms, the priority will be given to nominated exchange students and Non-European Freemovers. They do not provide housing for Danish students.
Library services
Over the past years, CBS Library has focused on digital materials. The use of the physical collection is decreasing rapidly in favour of electronic materials. Currently, there are more than 220,000 e-books and 41,000 e-journals available.
ICT services
Computers are replaced with new models at least every third year. Plugs for portable laptops are readily available, and wireless connections are installed in the main buildings
Student Life
Campus life
The first letter in the name of the classroom indicates which building it is in. The rooms at Dalgas Have begin with the letters DH. The room DH 1V.015 is located in Dalgas Have on the first floor in the west wing. The rooms at Solbjerg Plads start with the letters SP, the rooms at Kilen start with a K, the rooms at Råvarebygningen start with PHR and PH indicates that the room is located at Porcelænshaven.
There are classrooms at Solbjerg Plads, Kilen (the Wedge), Dalgas Have, Porcelænshaven, Råvarebygningen (the Warehouse) and Flintholm.Student clubs
CBS students represents and advocates for all 21,703 students at Copenhagen Business School and serves as the main interface between the students, and the CBS faculty/administration. Through our social, political and academic initiatives we strive to create a rewarding and fun experience for all students.
Our volunteer-run organization is by your side from the day you join CBS until you graduate, in all aspects of student life.
Accreditation
Since 2000 CBS has been accredited by EQUIS, and since 2007 also by AMBA. August 1st 2011 CBS received accreditation by AACSB as the first school in Scandinavia. CBS has thus acquired 'The Triple Crown', an acknowledgement only shared by around 50 business schools worldwide.
