Housing services
If you are planning to live away from home whilst at University, accommodation is probably top of your list of concerns. All three of our main campuses have on-site ‘halls’ or student accommodation, with many of these rooms prioritised for first-year students.
We have a range of different types of accommodation available, all offering a safe and secure but independent ‘home away from home’ while you study.
Living in residential halls puts you at the heart of student life, and students in our accommodation benefit from a wide variety of on-campus services.
Library services
Library and Learning Resources aim to support all University students, staff and researchers by providing access to high quality learning resources and information services.
ICT services
The main IT support for staff and students is via the IT Service Desk. All IT problems and requests should be logged via the IT Service Desk.
Student Life
Campus life
UWTSD has three main campuses in South West Wales – Carmarthen, Lampeter and Swansea - as well as a campus in London and learning centres in Cardiff and Birmingham.
Each offers a different kind of student experience while all share a friendly, community atmosphere.
Sports facilities
Health and Fitness Suite - includes state-of-the-art Technogym fitness equipment and resistance machines in a friendly spacious environment.
Sports Hall– multipurpose sports hall which can be used for a number of sports i.e. 5-a-side football, tennis, badminton, basketball, netball, soft tennis, volleyball, table tennis plus an indoor climbing wall.
Swimming Pool – heated 20m x7m indoor pool. For use by all students and staff.Student clubs
Trinity Saint David Students' Union is the hub of student activity on campus, offering everything to enhance your time at the University.
Every student who fully registers with the University of Wales Trinity Saint David automatically becomes a member of the Students’ Union and has access to all of its services.
Your SU will support you through your time at University by protecting your rights and amplifying your voice. Your SU works by bringing together students from across the University to campaign for positive change on your course, in your academic School, on your campus, and in your local community and beyond.
