Housing services
- The CROUS (Regional Student Social Support Service) provides rooms and flats in student halls. Accommodation applications should be made at the same time as scholarship applications before the end of April prior to the start of the university year.
- The Youth Information Centre (CRIJ) provides online information about private owners’ offers to students.

Library services
There are four libraries on the campus : Arsenal Library, Manufacture des Tabacs Library, Garrigou Library and Boutaric Library.

Campus life
Greater Toulouse, in Midi-Pyrénées, counts more than 850, 000 inhabitants.
Known as " the Pink City" (for the color of brick and clay, the traditional construction materials), it is the cultural, economic and historical capital of Haute-Garonne.
It aggregates a great number of industries in a variety of fields like aeronautics, data information and aerospace and, as such, has become a major European science and technology hub. French third university center with more than 97, 000 students in 2012, Toulouse has been nominated "best student city in France" for the second year in row.
Student clubs
Because art, together with knowledge, is an indispensable tool for promoting innovation and imagination on the campus, for developing creativity in all the fields of UT1 Capitole and for encouraging broader understanding and debating, Toulouse1 Capitole has developed a cultural centre since November 2009. Art is now regular part of the university intellectual life.
