What being a Student Ambassador looks like
With the countless of choices and opportunities abroad out there... choosing one might seem like the hardest decision of someone's life. This is why, when we asked students how we could make this decision easier, they said that talking to someone who has lived through the same experience is be essential to taking this step.
So Educatly created the Student Ambassadors Program to do just that, and empower students like yourself to inspire others to study abroad while getting paid.
We are looking for a group of motivated university students (both undergraduate and graduate students) who want to gain professional experience and real-life work experience while supporting similar-national students to achieve their study abroad dream.
As an Ambassador you would have dual roles: one that is socially focused and revolves around sharing your experience, engaging students, and collecting referrals, and another that is more operational, where you process and consult interested applicants.
Your job description
- Post and engage with students on social media and educatly.com
- Use your personalized link to generate referrals
- Process interested applicants through validating their information (call and text), gathering their interests and preferred countries
- Reply and support interested students on their questions
- Consult students on university choices and experience abroad
- Guide them while collecting application documents
- Visa and accommodation support
- Supervision of virtual and physical students' communities
