The Program Skuad Hijau STEM is an initiative aimed at fostering a generation that is aware of and committed to protecting the environment and natural resources.

The primary concern addressed by the program is the lack of understanding and awareness about the negative impacts of unsustainable plastic waste management on the environment, including marine and land pollution.

The program prioritizes integrating elements of STEM knowledge and waste management awareness, particularly concerning plastics. It aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production), and SDG 13 (Climate Action).
