The Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) program is a classroom-based, video-led, Instructor-led course designed to equip healthcare providers with the skills and knowledge necessary to respond to pediatric emergencies. The program utilizes a series of simulated pediatric emergencies to reinforce important concepts, including a systematic approach to pediatric assessment, basic life support, PALS treatment algorithms, effective resuscitation, and team dynamics.

The primary objective of the PALS Course is to improve the quality of care provided to seriously ill or injured children, resulting in improved outcomes. The program is tailored for healthcare providers who respond to emergencies in infants and children, including personnel in emergency response, emergency medicine, intensive care, and critical care units.

Program Details

Course Duration

The PALS Course is a 2-day program.

Special Requirements

Participants are required to provide proof of medical training (e.g., practicing certificate) and proof of BLS training (e.g., BLS certificate).

Tuition Fee

The tuition fee for the PALS Course is RM1200.
