Hasil Pembelajaran Program (HPP)

The program aims to achieve the following learning outcomes:

• HPP1: Demonstrate an understanding of effective quality assurance policies in creating a more transparent and integrated quality process at all levels.
• HPP2: Integrate internal and external quality assurance documents and innovations in education to strengthen the quality of core processes and service delivery.
• HPP3: Adapt the Quality Cycle (PDCA) and continuous improvement.
• HPP4: Foster quality awareness among participants to ensure that the Quality Management System and Risk Management are embraced and meet customer expectations.

Pilihan Kursus Secara Berasingan
