The Sains Actuari program at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) is a professional degree that utilizes mathematical and statistical methods to assess insurance, financial, and industrial risks. The program was first introduced in 1988 and is the first of its kind in Malaysia to offer a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science.
Program Structure

Admission Requirements
To be eligible for the program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Complete 12 years of primary and secondary education
- Graduate from secondary school (e.g., High School Certificate, Certificate of Completion of Senior Secondary Education, Tawjihiyah, High School Diploma, High School Diploma)
- Meet the minimum English language requirements set by the faculty
- Pass the UKM entrance interview (if required)
- Meet the specific requirements of the faculty
