- Minimum Grade B in SPM for specific subjects, such as Biology, Physics, and Mathematics
- Minimum Band 3.0 in MUET or equivalent
- Passing the faculty's entrance exam and/or interview
Calon Lepasan Diploma Setaraf
- Diploma in a relevant field, such as Diagnostic Imaging or Radiography, with a minimum PNGK 3.50
- Diploma in a related field, such as Science or Health Science, with a minimum PNGK 3.00
- Minimum Band 3.0 in MUET or equivalent
- Passing the faculty's entrance exam and/or interview
Calon Lepasan STPM /Matrikulasi KPM/Asasi (BUKAN TAHUN SEMASA)/ASASI AMBILAN KOMERSIAL UNIVERSITI AWAM
- Minimum PNGK 2.67
- Minimum Grade B- (NGMP 2.67) in specific subjects, such as Biology, Physics, and Mathematics
- Minimum Grade B in SPM for specific subjects, such as Physics
- Minimum Band 3.0 in MUET or equivalent
