Program Components
Applicants must commit to attending both Friday in-person sessions without conflicts from professional obligations. The program requires full participation in all components, including:
- Three virtual sessions (May 29, June 26, and July 24) for Summer 2026
- Completion of all modules and submission of program feedback
- Participation in the final Service Line Competition
- Two in-person sessions in Houston (September 18, October 16, and November 13) for Fall 2026, with Zoom participation available for the October 16 session

Rural and international participants may complete the program entirely in a hybrid format, ensuring accessibility regardless of location.
Program Fee
The program fee is $4,500, including all instructional content, live sessions, and modules. An early bird rate of $3,950 is available for Summer 2026 (by May 2) and Fall 2026 (by August 21). Reduced rates are available for rural health professionals.
Learning Objectives
This program is designed to strengthen the leadership pipeline by equipping professionals with practical skills in strategic management, finance, performance improvement, ethics, emerging technologies, and team management. Participants will apply their learning through real-world projects and conclude with a Service Line Competition, pitching healthcare service solutions to leaders in the field.

Credits & Logistics
Application and Admission
A bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of healthcare experience are required (exceptions considered). Please submit a 250- to 500-word personal statement and a résumé or CV. The deadline for Summer 2026 is May 15, and for Fall 2026 is August 28, with notification of acceptance provided within 48 hours of receiving a complete application packet.
Certificate
Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion and a LinkedIn Certificate after completing all program components.

The Fleming Center secures group rates for accommodation near the Texas Medical Center and UTHealth Houston School of Public Health.
Continuing Education Credit
Optional credits are available at an additional cost based on credits claimed.
