Primary Care Sports Medicine Program
About the Program
Primary Care Sports Medicine physicians have significant training in the treatment and prevention of illness and injury, returning patients to an active lifestyle as soon as possible. Specialists at UT Ortho are board-certified in either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with an additional year of sports medicine training. Actively involved in the community, each of our physicians serves as Team Physician for local high schools, colleges, and professional sports teams in the greater Houston area.
