Program Overview


UM Pre-College Program

The University of Montana offers a pre-college program for rising high school sophomores, juniors, seniors, and recent graduates. This program provides a transformative two-week experience, allowing students to unlock new possibilities and earn college credits.


Program Details

  • Duration: July 6-17, 2026 (official programming concludes on July 16 at 4:30 PM)
  • Location: The University of Montana, Missoula, Montana
  • Eligibility: Open to in-state, out-of-state, and international students entering their sophomore, junior, or senior year in fall 2026, as well as graduating seniors in spring 2026
  • Requirements: Students must be academically motivated and available for the full duration of the program

Program Options

  • Residential Option: Includes the course fee, housing, all meals, and full campus immersion ($3,250)
  • Commuter Option: Includes the course fee, daily lunch, and afternoon activities ($1,250)

Scholarships

  • Limited $750 scholarships for residential students and $375 scholarships for commuter students are available
