Entrepreneurship Graduate Certificate
Overview
The Graduate Certificate in Entrepreneurship equips students with the knowledge, tools, and mindset needed to launch new ventures, drive innovation within existing organizations, and create sustainable value in a rapidly changing economy. Designed for aspiring entrepreneurs and business leaders, the program blends theory with practical application to foster creative problem-solving and strategic thinking.
Requirements
- Complete all of the following courses:
- MBA 694: Seminar (Entrepreneurship)
- MBA 694: Seminar (Real World Entrepreneurship)
- MBA 694: Seminar (Venture Launch)
- MBA 692: Independent Study (Self-Designed Capstone or Leveraging Public Funds)
- Complete 6 credits from the following courses:
- BFIN 651: Cornerstone of Graduate Finance
- BMGT 640: Organizational Behavior
- BMGT 650: Business Ethics
- MBA 645: Interpersonal Perspectives
- MBA 692: Independent Study

General Graduate Program Requirements
- The minimum GPA for any graduate program is 3.0.
- Individual programs may require more than a 3.0 to remain in good standing.
- The minimum grade for a course to be accepted toward any master's or doctoral requirement is C.
- The minimum grade for a course to be accepted toward a certificate program is B-.
- Individual programs may require higher grades for specific courses.
