Campus Recreation Campus Recreation provides various fitness and recreational programs, including:
Fitness Programs Fitness Programs offer a supportive and high-energy atmosphere, led by certified trainers. These programs are designed to help participants build strength, improve core control, boost endurance, or simply move and feel better. Class sizes are kept small to provide personalized attention without losing the group vibe.
Small Group Training Small Group Training classes are curated workouts that meet in a supportive, high-energy atmosphere. Led by certified trainers, each session is designed with purpose, whether participants are looking to build strength, improve core control, boost endurance, or simply move and feel better.
Kettlebell Fundamentals Kettlebell Fundamentals is an 8-week class that focuses on full-body coordination and proper technique while building strength and endurance. The class covers the basics of kettlebell anatomy, how to harness the weight of a bottom-heavy bell, and how to perform exercises safely and effectively. Participants will master kettlebell-specific postures and exercises, such as the hinge, swing, press, clean, and snatch, and learn a wide range of exercises where a kettlebell can be used in place of other gym equipment.

- Schedule: Wednesdays & Fridays, 4 - 4:50pm in FRC Room 1
- Participants: Limited to 8

Ski Conditioning Ski Conditioning is a progressive class that focuses on lower body strength, power, agility, balance, and core stability to ensure a successful and injury-free ski season.
- Dates: October 21 - December 11, 2025
- Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8 - 9am (no class 11/11 or 11/27) in the Functional Trainer Corner, located upstairs in the Weight Room
- Participants: Limited to 10 people (6 minimum needed to run the session)
