Online LL.M. in American Legal Studies
The Online LL.M. in American Legal Studies requires the completion of 25 credits. All courses are offered in a 100 percent asynchronous format. Each course contains optional synchronous elements that provide students opportunities to interact directly with faculty and classmates. Most students complete the program on a part-time pace in four semesters and will enroll in 5-7 credit hours per semester. Students should plan to take courses in the spring, summer, and fall semesters.

U.S. Bar Exam Information
The Online LL.M. in American Legal Studies is designed to provide students with an in-depth understanding of the U.S. legal system and is not intended as a U.S. bar examination preparation course. A small number of U.S. jurisdictions allow foreign-trained attorneys with online course credits to sit for the bar exam.
