Introduction to Donghua University
Donghua University is a university directly under the Ministry of Education, a "211 Project" university, and a "Double First-Class" construction university. The university adheres to the motto of "Chongde Bolan, Lizhi Shangshi" and has developed into a multi-disciplinary university with distinctive features in textiles, materials, and design.
School History
The university's history dates back to 1912 when it was founded as the Textile Dyeing Transmission Institute by entrepreneur Zhang Jian. In 1951, it was established as the East China Textile Institute, and in 1960, it was designated as a national key university. In 1981, it became one of the first universities in China to have the right to grant doctoral, master's, and bachelor's degrees. In 1985, it was renamed the China Textile University, and in 1999, it was renamed Donghua University. In 2017, it was listed as a "Double First-Class" construction university.
University Overview
The university currently has 18 colleges (departments), 6 postdoctoral research stations, 11 first-level discipline doctoral programs, 3 doctoral professional degree authorization categories, 29 first-level discipline master's programs, 2 second-level discipline master's programs, 17 professional master's degree authorization categories, and 59 undergraduate programs. The university covers nine major disciplines, including engineering, science, management, economics, art, literature, law, history, and education.
Xuhai Business School Introduction
The predecessor of Donghua University's Xuhai Business School was the Management Engineering Teaching and Research Office established in 1953. In 1959, the school set up the industrial management engineering undergraduate major, and in 1979, it became one of the first units in the country to cultivate management master's degree students. In 1993, the school was established as the School of Economics and Trade, and in 1994, it was renamed the Xuhai Business School after receiving a donation of 11 million Hong Kong dollars from the Xuhai Group in Hong Kong.
Project Introduction
In 2010, Donghua University became one of the first universities in China to cultivate engineering management master's degree students. The logistics engineering and management major (full-time) is based on the disciplines of engineering management and logistics management, aiming to cultivate high-level, compound, and cross-disciplinary logistics management talents who can master modern logistics management theories and technologies and have international strategic vision.

Training Methods
- Full-time (non-directed employment) training, with a study period of 2 years and a maximum study period of 4 years
- Generally, classes are arranged from Monday to Friday, and students' personnel files and organizational relationships are transferred to Donghua University

Admission Requirements
- The objects of recruitment are citizens of the People's Republic of China
- Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, be willing to serve the modernization of socialism, have good moral character, and abide by the law
- Have a national recognized undergraduate degree or be a national recognized undergraduate student who will obtain a bachelor's degree before the registration date of the new semester
- Or have a national recognized university undergraduate degree or have obtained a master's or doctoral degree

- National Joint Examination: Online registration and online information confirmation
Examination and Admission
- Initial Examination: Management class joint examination comprehensive ability and English
- Re-examination: Professional course test, political test, English test, and comprehensive ability test
- Admission: The specific admission plan will be announced on the Donghua University MBA Education Center website in March 2024
