Introduction

The Master of Education (Teacher Librarianship) is a postgraduate degree that aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to become effective teacher librarians.

Admission Criteria

To be eligible for admission, applicants must:


  • Hold a Bachelor of Education or equivalent from an approved tertiary institution
  • Hold a Bachelor of Education (Honours) or equivalent from an approved tertiary institution
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an approved tertiary institution with an end-on integrated professional teaching qualification
  • Possess other qualifications deemed equivalent by the Faculty

Duration and Study Mode

The normal course duration is:


  • Full-time: 1.0 year (2.0 sessions)
  • Part-time: 2.0 years (4.0 sessions) The course is available in Distance Education mode at Wagga Wagga.

Graduation Requirements

To graduate, students must satisfactorily complete 64 points.
