Master of Terrorism and Security Studies

• At least three 16-point subjects from:
  • GPM417 The History of Terrorism (16 points)
  • GPM418 Contemporary Terrorism (16 points)
  • GPM508 Radicalisation (16 points)
  • GPM514 Counter Terrorism (16 points)
• And at least two 8-point subjects from:
  • GPM510 Terrorism in Cyberspace (8 points)
  • GPM426 Terrorist Financing and Resourcing (8 points)
  • GPM513 Illicit Network Analysis (8 points)
• Electives from AGSPS and across CSU

• An undergraduate degree or relevant industry experience

Credit and Articulation

The program offers credit and articulation options, including:

• Graduate Certificate in Terrorism and Security Studies (GPM417 and GPM418)
• Graduate Diploma of Terrorism and Security Studies (GPM417, GPM418, and GPM510) The Master, Graduate Diploma, and Graduate Certificate make up an articulated set of courses, with credit given in each higher-level course for subjects completed in the lower level.

Graduation Requirements

To graduate, students must satisfactorily complete 96 points.
