Program Overview


Introduction to ITC232 Technical Service Management

The aim of this subject is to teach students the skills needed to support users and troubleshoot desktop applications that run the Windows operating system in a corporate environment. Students will learn to resolve desktop application problems for end users, resolve network and security issues, and to manage and maintain systems that run the latest Windows client.
