Introduction to DES112 Production Management
The DES112 Production Management subject introduces students to the roles and responsibilities of a production manager in various contexts, including theatrical, screen media, festival, commercial/trade, or event-based productions. This subject covers fundamental management skills, such as scheduling, budgeting, workplace health and safety compliance, risk management and mitigation, production planning, staging/eventing, and project management.
