Performance Planning & Review - Junior Cadet
Program Overview
ENG280 Performance Planning & Review - Junior Cadet
In this subject, students engage in management of their learning and professional performance. They set their goals and plan their workload, negotiating a learning contract between themselves and their industry placement employer. Students then use evidence-based reflection processes to determine if they have met their goals, adjusting their professional practice where necessary. This subject also includes a summative evaluation including feedback from industry placement supervisors. The expectation for this subject is that the student should be performing at the level of a junior cadet engineer.

Special Resources
This subject will be completed while the student is on placement in industry. Industry placements may require travel and/or relocation depending upon the nature and location of the placement.
