  • Agency roles and responsibilities: Customs, Immigration, Quarantine & Agriculture, Police, Other agencies
  • Border management environment: Regulatory environment, Physical environment, Information and environment, control environment
  • Border management principles and techniques: Operational Risk Management and Intelligence gathering, analysis & dissemination, compliance management, use of information and communication technology
  • Border management approaches: Integrated Border Management, Coordinated Border Management, and Collaborative Border Management
  • Contemporary and emerging issues: Global issues, Regional & local issues
