MGI512 The Project Lifecycle
This subject is focused on the role of the entire Project Management Lifecycle as a means of delivering organisational change. The subject will guide the student from the start of a project idea, through planning, creation of deliverables and handover to the customer or client. An appreciation of what controls and processes are needed to maximise chances of long term success will be gained. This subject will particularly help the student understand and leverage the value and importance of those phases of the project lifecycle that precede and follow the execution phase.
