The Master of Science in Athletic Training program is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to become certified athletic trainers.
Clinical Education
The clinical education plan is rooted in theories of peer-assisted learning, experiential learning, and adult learning. The plan follows the guidelines set forth in the CAATE "Standards and Guidelines for an Accredited Educational Program for the Athletic Trainer".
Clinical Rotation Assignments
Clinical rotation assignments are determined by the AT Program Faculty and Preceptors. Students gain clinical experiences in various settings, including:
