Program Overview
Program Overview: Adult-Gerontology Acute Care NP Post Graduate Certificate Program ## Adult-Gerontology Acute Care NP Post Graduate Certificate Program is an 18-credit program that can be completed in two semesters full-time. The program is offered in a hybrid format, combining online and face-to-face courses, allowing for flexible course delivery. Students are required to complete 540 clinical hours in an acute care setting with adults and older adults. Upon successful completion of the program, graduates are eligible to sit for the Adult-Gerontology Acute Care NP certification exam administered by the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN) or the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). ### Admission Criteria Applicants must be practicing Nurse Practitioners (NPs) who are certified as Adult, Adult-Gerontology Primary Care, or Family NPs.
